- Tentative Agreement package
This tentative agreement package is a proposed contract reached between your bargaining committee and the employer, detailing employment terms such as wages, benefits, and working conditions. This agreement is subject to approval by union members through a vote. Members review the terms, ask questions, and vote to accept or reject the proposal. If the agreement is accepted, it becomes the new binding contract. If rejected, negotiations resume, allowing the bargaining team to address members’ concerns and seek improved terms. - July 22 2024- Tentative agreement presentation
